SKYX Successfully Demonstrates Smart Technologies During Marriott Renovation, Expands Market Penetration in the U.S. and Canada

Miami, Florida, September 4th, 2025, FinanceWire

SKYX Platforms Corp. (NASDAQ: SKYX) (d/b/a SKYX Technologies) (“SKYX” or the “Company”), a disruptive platform technology company with more than 100 issued and pending patents and over 60 lighting and home décor websites, today announced that it successfully demonstrated its advanced plug-and-play lighting and smart building solutions during a renovation project at a Marriott SpringHill Suites Hotel owned by the Shaner Group. The project represents another milestone in SKYX’s strategy to expand its market penetration across the U.S. and Canada.

The demonstration incorporated SKYX’s advanced plug-and-play technologies, including ceiling lighting, recessed lights, downlights, wall lights, EXIT and emergency lights, and plug-in LED backlight mirrors. According to the Company, the installation validated SKYX’s ability to enhance safety, accelerate installation, and reduce renovation costs. Major hotel chains typically require a full renovation every seven years, which SKYX views as a recurring opportunity to provide solutions that streamline and modernize the renovation process.

“We are happy to report that we have successfully demonstrated our technology’s ability to provide significant hotel safety, time savings and cost savings during hotel renovation and buildouts,” said Rani Kohen, Founder and Executive Chairman of SKYX. “We hope to continue demonstrating our technologies’ abilities in additional projects and remain focused on further scaling our footprint and unlocking long-term value through future recurring revenue opportunities.”

“We clearly recognize SKYX’s significant value of time saving, cost saving, and safety as demonstrated during our Marriott SpringHill Suites hotel renovation,” said Lance Shaner, Founder of the Shaner Hotel Group and a long-term SKYX investor. “I strongly believe SKYX’s game-changing advanced and smart platform technologies will make hotels, buildings, and homes advanced, smart, and safe instantly, while saving cost, time, and lives.”

Building on the success of this Marriott renovation, SKYX expects its technologies to be included in additional Marriott projects and anticipates adoption across other hotel brands. The Company continues to position itself as a disruptive leader in making buildings “safe and smart” as the new industry standard.
