She credits much of her professional success to working under leaders who valued equality and treated her as an equal, which has shaped her own philosophy of mentorship and empowerment.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Scott spent nearly a decade with Wawa Inc., where she served as a regional recruiter and trainer.
