As enterprise AI adoption accelerates, growing concerns around data exposure and newly disclosed system vulnerabilities are pushing private AI platforms into the cybersecurity spotlight.
NightCrawler.ai today announced its private AI platform for enterprises seeking to adopt advanced AI tools without exposing sensitive company data to public servers. Founded by cybersecurity professional Anthony Oren, the platform addresses growing concerns around AI-related data exposure, public model usage, and enterprise security.
The announcement comes as AI security risks continue to draw industry attention, including Anthropic’s recent Project Glasswing initiative following the discovery of thousands of zero-day vulnerabilities across major operating systems. NightCrawler.ai was developed to help organizations respond to this changing threat landscape by placing a secure barrier between enterprise data and the public internet.
Overcoming Modern Security Woes
Whereas most cybersecurity companies are run by engineers who got interested in security, Anthony is the exact opposite: he is a security professional who became interested in expanding his reach into technology. Because of this, NightCrawler.ai is uniquely positioned at the intersection of two areas that many companies attempt to treat as isolated from one another: AI adoption and cybersecurity.
Anthony and his team recognized early on that, in actuality, AI adoption and cybersecurity are two sides of the same problem. Any time an employee at a given company puts sensitive information into a public AI tool, they are unintentionally creating a breach. To assuage such concerns, NightCrawler.ai’s team worked to build an intelligent wall between enterprise data and the public internet.

The Inspiration Behind the Innovation
Anthony got his first computer in 1994, when he was only ten years old. The World Wide Web had just been unveiled to the public a year earlier, making him something of a digital pioneer, even at this young age.
“I was immediately curious about how systems worked, and how to get inside things I wasn’t supposed to. That curiosity never left, said Anthony Oren, CEO of NightCrawler.ai”
By 1998, he was building and monetizing websites before most people had email addresses. In 2010, he formalized sixteen years of technology experience into NERO Consulting Inc., a managed IT and cybersecurity firm. Over the course of the next fifteen years, NERO grew into a fully managed security services provider holding Microsoft Solutions Partner status, with affiliations with both the FBI InfraGard program and the U.S. Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force.
Looking Ahead
Throughout his career, Anthony has continuously witnessed companies struggle with data breaches. As AI gained prominence, he realized that not only could its use create even more opportunities for data breaches, but also that it could become an invaluable tool in combating such difficulties. That’s why he built NightCrawler.ai.
