Tinuiti Names Wes Harris Global Chief Operating Officer as Agency Scales for Next Phase of Enterprise Growth

NEW YORK, USA, September 10th, 2026, FinanceWire

Former R/GA Global COO and Havas transformation chief will help connect Tinuiti’s people, technology and capabilities around brands’ biggest growth opportunities

Tinuiti, a leading independent media agency, today announced Wes Harris as Global Chief Operating Officer, formalizing the COO role on its executive leadership team as the agency continues to grow and take on broader, more complex mandates from enterprise brands.

Reporting to CEO Abbey Klaassen, Harris will help Tinuiti scale its operating model for its next phase of growth, connecting client delivery, product, technology, talent and AI around the agency’s most important client and business priorities. His focus will be on improving how Tinuiti allocates talent and investment, translates innovation into client value, and scales how it delivers for clients, while preserving the speed and agility of an independent.

“As Tinuiti grows, our opportunity is not simply to add more capabilities. It’s to get more value from how everything we have already built works together,” said Abbey Klaassen, CEO of Tinuiti. “Our people, technology, products and specialist expertise become more powerful when they are connected around the problems our clients need us to solve. Wes will help us create the clarity and operating discipline to make those connections easier and faster, without adding unnecessary complexity or sacrificing what makes Tinuiti different.”

Harris brings deep experience across business operations, client delivery, transformation and commercial strategy within complex global agency organizations. He previously served as Global Chief Operating Officer of R/GA and Global Chief Transformation Officer at Havas, and most recently advised companies on business operations and AI transformation.

A key focus for Harris will be helping Tinuiti turn innovation into greater value for clients by strengthening the connection between Product and Client Delivery and advancing the agency’s AI transformation. By bringing client needs closer to product development and embedding AI into core workflows, Tinuiti aims to move new capabilities into market faster, improve delivery quality and efficiency, and create more capacity for the higher-value strategic and creative work that drives client growth.

“Tinuiti has built incredible momentum by staying close to its clients and moving quickly as their needs change,” said Harris. “My job is to make sure we can keep doing that at greater scale. That means giving our teams the clarity, tools and capacity to move faster, turn innovation into client impact and spend more of their time on the strategic and creative work that drives growth.”

Investing Behind Growth

Harris’s appointment comes amid continued momentum for Tinuiti as marketers increasingly look to the agency for broader, more integrated relationships. Tinuiti’s average deal size has increased 66% over the past two years, while four in five current enterprise opportunities are multichannel AOR assignments. The agency has recorded nearly 50 integrated, multichannel or AOR wins since January 2024, with 2026 pacing toward nearly twice the number recorded in 2024.

That growth is increasing both the scale and complexity of Tinuiti’s client relationships, requiring the agency to connect capabilities, talent and technology more consistently across clients. Recent broader mandates include SNIPES USA, Agency of Record; Carter’s, Inc., Full-Funnel Agency of Record; Wolverine World Wide, Inc. (Merrell, Saucony, Chaco, Wolverine, and Cat Footwear), Media Agency of Record; Serta Simmons Bedding, Digital Agency of Record; Allies of Skin, Media Agency of Record.

Tinuiti has also made significant investments in senior leadership throughout 2026 to support its continued growth. Abbey Klaassen joined Tinuiti as CEO in June, with Bryan Wiener appointed Chairman of the Board. The agency has strengthened its senior client leadership bench, welcoming Jen Senerius as SVP, Client Partner to lead Tinuiti’s commerce team, Francisco Gonzalez as SVP, Client Partner and Jen Gulling as SVP, Client Partner.

Together, these investments reflect Tinuiti’s continued evolution as a full-funnel growth partner, building the leadership and operating infrastructure to support broader client relationships while maintaining the speed, agility and accountability of an independent agency.
