FREEHILL has expanded its winter apparel collection on Amazon with three new heated products: heated merino wool socks, rechargeable ski gloves and a multi-zone heated vest. The additions expand the company’s current battery-powered apparel offering across footwear, handwear and upper-body layers.
The new products are designed for outdoor activities and work environments where additional warmth may be needed. The collection includes heated socks with merino wool and CoolMax materials, rechargeable ski gloves with carbon-fiber and metal-wire heating elements, and a vest with six independently controlled heating zones.

“Cold-weather apparel can require different heating configurations depending on the activity and conditions,” said Zhonglin Yue, CTO at FREEHILL. “These products were developed with different heating areas, power settings and construction features to address a range of outdoor applications.”
The heated socks combine 50% merino wool with CoolMax for moisture and odor management. Dual rechargeable batteries provide four heat levels, with the low setting offering up to 16 hours of runtime. Heating elements extend across the sole from the toe to the heel, while reinforced elastic is designed to help keep the socks in place. The socks also include circuit protection against overcharge and short circuits.
The rechargeable ski gloves use a carbon-fiber and metal-wire heating system designed to provide fingertip heat in under five seconds. Battery runtime ranges from approximately three to eight hours depending on the selected heat level. The gloves feature 3M Thinsulate insulation, a waterproof-breathable shell, touchscreen-compatible fingertips and anti-slip palms. The heating system includes temperature control and fault detection features.
The heated vest distributes six heating zones across the chest, back and collar, with separate controls for the individual zones. Its battery provides up to 13 hours of runtime when operating a single zone. The vest also uses 3M Thinsulate insulation and a wind-resistant shell and can be worn as a layer under or over an outer jacket. The sleeveless design is machine washable.
All three products use rechargeable lithium-ion batteries with integrated protection features. The products have undergone sub-zero temperature testing, and each package includes batteries, charging accessories and a one-year limited warranty.
The products are currently available through Amazon.com under the FREEHILL brand.
