Inside Infinite Acquisitions’ new programs and how the technological tools behind them operate.
Infinite Acquisitions recently launched a buyer co-investment program and new artificial intelligence (AI) due diligence tools. Raven S. Harris, founder of Infinite Acquisitions, has led the firm to cross the 300 active-member threshold in under two years and is now co-investing alongside them as a result. Infinite Acquisitions can take a minority equity position in a member’s acquisition and help fund the down payment, earning when a buyer closes rather than when they enroll.
The program rolls out with two proprietary buyer tools, an AI-driven due diligence framework and deal sourcing automation, and follows the SBA’s revised 10% equity injection requirement on changes of ownership, which the firm meets with 5% buyer cash plus a 5% full-standby seller note.

Harris is a United States Air Force veteran, business operator, and acquisition entrepreneur. Today, he serves as the founder of Infinite Acquisitions and has played a key role in pushing the firm into further progressive and innovative practices. As he details, “I don’t run my life out of one city; ownership is what made that possible. I travel internationally and run the business from wherever I am, because a well-bought company with the right operators in place doesn’t require you to stand in the building every day. That freedom isn’t the reason I buy businesses, but it’s one of the clearest proofs that the model works.”
Now, Infinite Acquisitions is a buy-side acquisition firm and holding company that acquires established, cash-flowing small and mid-sized companies in the $1M to $10M EBITDA range. The firm does it by using SBA 7(a) and 504 financing, seller notes, and capital stacks engineered to require as little outside equity as possible. The holdco side of that is a roll-up strategy targeting durable, boring, profitable businesses at or below 4x EBITDA.
Overcoming Obstacles
Through it all, Harris and the Infinite Acquisitions team have had to overcome numerous trials and tribulations in order to reach this new technological and operational milestone. One of the largest hurdles was realizing just how rapidly SBA rules can change, and how those changes reshape what’s possible for a buyer.
Recent revisions restored a 10% equity injection requirement on changes of ownership and tightened the terms a seller note has to meet. The structure still works, with the buyer bringing 5% of total project cost in real, unborrowed cash, and a seller note on full standby covers the other 5%. That’s a $2M business acquired with $100,000 of the buyer’s own money. The rules didn’t remove the path; they just made it narrower and less obvious, which means the people who understand the structure have less competition, not more.
Furthermore, operating without a fund proved to be very difficult for the firm and Harris as an individual. As Harris says, “I don’t have committed institutional capital sitting behind me the way a private equity firm does. Every deal gets structured to minimize outside equity; long-amortization financing on the real estate, separate financing on the operating company, seller participation bridging what’s left. That constraint forces creativity, and creativity is the whole edge.”
Moving Forward

As things progress with Infinite Acquisition’s new co-investment program, Raven S. Harris and his team are also looking to scale their holdco into a diversified, multi-company platform, acquiring essential, cash-flowing businesses and building them for decades rather than flipping them. In addition to this, the team is passionate about moving up-market into larger transactions backed by a network of private investors. The ultimate goal is to build Infinite Acquisitions into the name people associate with acquisition entrepreneurship, and proof that ownership isn’t reserved for private equity firms or people who already have money.
