Melbourne, Australia, October 8th, 2026, FinanceWire
Ashfordwells today announced the launch of its new Trader Education and Support Program, created to help traders build confidence in the financial markets at a pace that suits them. The program combines practical learning materials with personal support, giving traders guidance at every stage of their journey.
Many people start trading without understanding how markets move, which often leads to avoidable mistakes. The new program is designed to close that gap with clear, practical resources instead of heavy academic theory.
What the New Program Includes
Traders can access:
- Step-by-Step Courses: Structured lessons covering trading basics, market mechanics, and chart reading.
- Strategy Guides: Explanations of how to plan trades, set realistic targets, and manage position sizes.
- Automated Tools: Insight into how algorithmic features can help execute trades without emotional decision-making.
Personal Support Included
Alongside the learning materials, the program provides access to:
- Dedicated Account Managers: Personal walk-throughs of the trading environment and platform features.
- Analyst Insights: Market summaries and analytical perspectives to help inform decision-making.
- 24/5 Customer Care: Support throughout the trading week for technical or account-related questions.
A Focus on Risk Management
Risk management is central to the program. The educational tools support core habits such as using protective stop orders, managing leverage wisely, and keeping track of trade sizes, all of which are key to long-term consistency.
