Cybersecurity teams have spent years investing in technologies designed to identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations and other forms of exposure. But as the volume of findings grows, the challenge increasingly extends beyond discovery: organizations need to turn those findings into fixes without creating additional operational disruption.
Reclaim Security is betting that this gap represents a significant opportunity. The company has appointed cybersecurity sales veteran Stephen Wadsworth as Vice President of Sales, putting him in charge of its U.S. go-to-market efforts as demand for automated exposure remediation grows among enterprises.
Based in Boston, Wadsworth brings nearly two decades of cybersecurity sales leadership to the role. His previous experience includes early sales leadership at Luminate Security, which was acquired by Symantec, and leading sales at Entitle through its acquisition by BeyondTrust. He has also held leadership positions at Threat Stack, Banyan Security and Cyolo.
That history gives Wadsworth experience selling security technologies during periods when emerging categories begin moving toward broader enterprise adoption.
From Finding Exposures to Fixing Them
Wadsworth’s appointment comes as security organizations face what Reclaim describes as a growing imbalance between the number of exposures their tools identify and their ability to remediate them.
“I’ve spent my career skating to where the puck is going,” said Wadsworth. “CISOs don’t need more security tools, they need more value from what they already pay for. Every CISO I’ve spoken to in the last 6–12 months is tired of being told they have more problems to fix. The market is hungry for outcomes. As adversaries increasingly abuse frontier models at scale, continuous, real-time prevention needs to be the focus — and Reclaim is built to turn findings into implemented fixes without disruption.”
That philosophy aligns with Reclaim’s approach to exposure management. Rather than positioning itself as another source of security findings, the company says its AI Security Engineer is designed to discover exposures across endpoint, email, identity, browser and cloud environments, determine business-aware remediation plans and execute fixes.
The goal is to move security operations further along the path from visibility to action. According to Reclaim, customers including Telit Cinterion, Pine Gate Renewables and Eastern Pacific Shipping use the platform to turn findings into implemented fixes, with the company typically demonstrating value within a 10-day proof of value.
Scaling the Revenue Engine
For Reclaim, bringing Wadsworth aboard is also a statement about where the company believes the market is heading.
“Stephen has built the sales organizations behind some of the most consequential security companies of the last decade,” said Barak Klinghofer, co-founder and CEO of Reclaim Security. “The industry has spent ten years getting better at finding and prioritizing exposures and barely moved on fixing them. Visibility without remediation is noise. With Stephen leading sales, we’re scaling the team that fixes what everyone else only finds.”
Wadsworth’s mandate will be to lead Reclaim’s U.S. go-to-market operation and scale its revenue engine. His background at Luminate and Entitle is particularly notable because both companies ultimately became part of larger security organizations, giving him experience building sales operations around technologies that attracted strategic acquisition interest.
The appointment also comes as Reclaim has expanded its financial backing. In March 2026, the company announced a $20 million Series A led by Acrew Capital, with participation from QP Ventures and Ibex Investors. The financing brought Reclaim’s total funding to $26 million.
The Case for Remediation
Reclaim’s broader positioning reflects a shift in how security teams may evaluate the value of their existing security investments. The company argues that enterprises do not necessarily need another dashboard showing them what is wrong; they need their existing security stack to produce measurable remediation outcomes.
Its AI Security Engineer is designed to work across endpoint, email, identity, browser, operating system and cloud environments, discovering exposures and executing fixes within the existing security infrastructure.
That distinction is central to Reclaim’s strategy. As the company scales its U.S. sales operation under Wadsworth, it is seeking to capitalize on demand for security outcomes rather than simply adding another layer of visibility.
For Wadsworth, the opportunity is familiar: identify where the market is moving and build a sales organization around that transition. This time, the bet is that the next major requirement for security teams will not simply be finding more exposures, but continuously turning those findings into fixes.
