The Plastic Surgery Institute of Southeast Texas (PSI), the QuadA accredited outpatient surgical facility under the medical direction of Dr. Leo Lapuerta, today announced the celebration of its 20th year serving the greater Houston metro area, marking nearly two decades of surgical and nonsurgical cosmetic care for patients across the Houston metro area. With Dr. Lapuerta’s experience as the Chairman of Plastic Surgery at St. Joseph Hospital and as a teaching surgeon on faculty for the plastic and reconstructive surgery departments at UT Houston and UT Galveston, as well as the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital, he developed a deep understanding of the environment that best serves surgical patients undergoing elective plastic surgery.
