Cyces Acquires AI-Powered User Research Platform Looppanel

New York, United States, September 16th, 2026, FinanceWire

Cyces plans to expand Looppanel’s AI-native capabilities, while keeping user insight at the center of how products get built.

Cyces Inc. and Obtain Technologies Inc. announced today that Cyces has acquired Looppanel, an AI-powered qualitative research platform used by UX and product teams globally.

Looppanel was founded to help companies make faster, better decisions grounded in user insight. Its platform offers capabilities including multilingual transcription, AI-assisted analysis, thematic tagging, search, and collaboration, giving UX and product teams tools to analyze research and act on insights.

“We founded Looppanel out of a simple belief: the best products are built when we listen to customers,” said Kritika Oberoi, Co-Founder and CEO of Looppanel. “Today, we’re taking the next step in that journey with Cyces expanding Looppanel’s capabilities and making it easier for teams to act on user insight.”

A Looppanel customer since 2022, Cyces has seen firsthand the value the platform brings to product development. Under Cyces, Looppanel will continue serving its existing customers without interruption while growing its feature set. Cyces said it plans to accelerate product development, expand the platform’s AI capabilities, and bring Looppanel to more teams worldwide.

“We’ve used Looppanel for the last four years, so we know the value it brings,” said Senthil Ramasamy, Founder of Cyces, a tech company with operations in the US and India. “AI has made software much easier to build. We see user research as the layer that decides whether a product succeeds or not. We’re looking forward to bringing Looppanel to more teams around the world and showing them what it can do.”

“This acquisition is a natural fit for Cyces’s product DNA. Looppanel is a great product, and we’re excited to help shape its next chapter. Our roadmap is moving towards agentic UX research,” said Kalidass Rajasekar, Head of Product, Cyces.

As the future of research and work continues to change, Cyces said its investment in Looppanel will support continued development of the product and its AI capabilities.

“From day one we have built AI systems that could understand the complexity of qualitative research without taking control away,” said Akash Tandon, Co-Founder and CPTO of Looppanel. “We’re excited to see Cyces’s engineering team expand what’s possible with AI and Looppanel.”

Looppanel works with UX and product teams globally. The company presented at TechCrunch Disrupt and was part of Sequoia Capital’s Spark cohort for early-stage startups.
