DealHub AI Tops 2026 Quote-to-Billing Platform Ranking

New York, USA, September 23rd, 2026, FinanceWire

Digital Journal ranked DealHub AI first among six vendors in “6 Quote-to-Billing Platforms CFOs Are Shortlisting in 2026,” citing its shared quote, subscription and invoice record as the basis for the highest score on the review’s first criterion.

The ranking placed Zuora second, Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management third, Chargebee fourth, MonetizeNow fifth and Maxio sixth. It applied six criteria: one commercial model from quote through bill, quote-time governance, amendments and renewals, billing breadth, revenue recognition, and deployment and ownership.

Nucleus Research’s October 2025 report, The Opportunity Cost of Inaction: State of the CPQ Market 2025, found that companies modernizing their quoting stack reduced revenue leakage by 2 to 4 percent, shortened approval cycles by 15 to 20 percent and reduced quoting errors by 20 to 30 percent.

The review described DealHub AI as an Agentic Quote-to-Revenue platform covering CPQ, DealRoom, Contract Management, Subscriptions, Billing and Revenue Recognition on one commercial model. It listed integrations with Salesforce CRM, HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Its ERP integrations cover NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks and Xero. The NetSuite integration creates sales orders and invoices as native records that Advanced Revenue Management reads without a workaround, and DealHub AI’s documentation lists bidirectional object mapping, custom object support, multi-entity and multi-currency handling, near real-time synchronization and surfaced failure reasons.

Its AI capabilities included AI Conversational Quoting for policy-compliant quotes from plain-language requests, AI Pricing Optimization for price recommendations using historical deal data and market signals, and AI Revenue Analytics for reporting through conversational prompts.

Published customer timelines cited in the review ranged from an eight-week go-live to 12 to 16 weeks, depending on integrations and deal setup. Pricing was available on request through Growth and Scale plan tiers.

The review reported a 4.7 out of 5 rating from 866 reviews and a Leader position in the September 2026 G2 Grid for CPQ. It also cited 4.6 out of 5 from 152 ratings on Gartner Peer Insights in the Configure, Price and Quote Applications market, Leader recognition in Nucleus Research’s CPQ Technology Value Matrix 2025, and inclusion among the 18 vendors receiving full MGI 360 Ratings in The CPQ Top 35 Buyer’s Guide 2026.

Case studies cited in the review reported that Digitate increased CPQ adoption from 50 to 60 percent of deals to 100 percent and reduced manual data entry errors to zero. Redis reduced quote generation time by 80 percent and deployed pricing rules 70 percent faster. MotorK reduced invoice volume by 45 percent in the first half of 2025 by consolidating product lines into one billing cycle.

The review said Silver Lake and GIC completed their acquisition of Zuora in February 2025, in a transaction valued at $1.7 billion when announced. It described Zuora’s quoting record as residing in Salesforce, with catalog, rating and invoicing in Zuora.

Salesforce stated that legacy Salesforce CPQ was end of sale, not end of life, with existing customers able to continue using it with support. Revenue Cloud Advanced was its successor within Agentforce Revenue Management. The review cited implementation partner Baker Tilly’s description of the move as a full reimplementation rather than a direct upgrade.

Chargebee launched CPQ in May 2025, built on its billing engine, and its documentation limits a subscription to 10 discounts and a quote to plans sharing one billing frequency. MonetizeNow’s flow was unified by design, with sequential approvals and documented workflow limitations. Maxio launched CPQ in July 2025 after acquiring RevOps.io. Its documentation described synchronization at signature, an integration still under active development, and Advanced Billing setup that requires assistance from a Maxio team member.

The review concluded that the platforms offered different routes to traceability, with the choice depending on where the authoritative agreement resides and how many systems must agree before an invoice is issued.
