Ethereum-based utility token designed to connect trading, CZR Earn, CZR Wallet and loyalty benefits across the CZR ecosystem
CZR Fndn Ltd. (“CZR Foundation”), today outlined the intended role of CZR Token ($CZR), its Ethereum-based utility token, across the CZR ecosystem ahead of the token’s scheduled launch on October 1, 2026.
$CZR is designed to provide a unified utility layer connecting eligible features and services across CZR Exchange, CZR Wallet and future CZR ecosystem products.
The token’s public sale opened on August 24, 2026, with CZR reporting that an initial $2 million allocation was fully subscribed within one hour. An additional $500,000 round opened on August 31, bringing the combined offering to up to $2.5 million.

The utility roadmap is expected to evolve as CZR expands its platform and introduces additional products and services.
Alongside its global trading platform, CZR is building an integrated ecosystem spanning digital-asset trading, earning products, non-custodial wallet infrastructure, trading technology and other Web3 services. CZR Token is intended to serve as a connecting utility across eligible parts of that ecosystem.
