Known as The Motivation Artist, the recording artist and entrepreneur is bringing Motivation Concerts, Next-Gen Keynotes and Iron Minds Workshops to schools, universities and organisations.

Flytimeless, the recording artist and entrepreneur known as The Motivation Artist, is bringing his Next-Gen Mental Health Movement to schools, colleges, universities and organisations, using original music, live entertainment and personal development to help young people see their futures differently. Built around his signature philosophy, “Make Life Your Movie,” the movement is delivered through three live experiences, Motivation Concerts, Next-Gen Keynotes and Iron Minds Workshops.

The approach offers an alternative to traditional lectures and assemblies. Rather than telling audiences what to think, Flytimeless, the stage name of author and artist Elijah Caldwell, uses the energy of a live concert to capture attention and deliver messages about confidence, purpose and resilience that are designed to stay with people long after the event ends.

Motivation That Feels Like a Concert

The idea grew out of a simple observation. After years of speaking to students and communities, a path that began through Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Flytimeless noticed meaningful messages competing with phones, social media and shrinking attention spans. When he went looking for motivation delivered with the immersion of a live concert, he found that the experience he imagined did not exist. So he began creating it.

He started by recording original soundtracks that combined his voice, music and storytelling, woven into his speeches. Those soundtracks grew into the Motivation Concert, a live performance built around one message, that every person is a gift to the world. He has already brought the format to audiences in his home city, headlining a Motivation Concert at San Diego’s Joan B. Kroc Theatre in January 2025.

Each Motivation Concert follows a four-part arc. It opens with a guided networking party to build energy and connection, transitions from entertainment into deeper focus, moves into the concert itself with original music, live dancers and audience participation, and closes with a send-off that leaves people with a personal next step. His music is also available on major platforms including Spotify and Apple Music.

A Different Way to Engage With Mental Health

At the centre of the movement is the belief that mental health is shaped not only by the challenges people face, but by how they see themselves and the futures they imagine. As Flytimeless puts it, everyone is both the main character and the director of the movie that is their life. People cannot control everything that happens, but they can influence their perspective, their choices and the direction they pursue.

The approach draws on research that Flytimeless cites in support of his work, including a 2026 longitudinal study linking a stronger sense of purpose in young people with a 26 percent lower risk of developing depression, a 2024 review of 22 studies covering 10,682 adolescents that connected negative future-oriented thinking with later depressive symptoms, and a 2025 systematic review of 28 studies that found particularly promising evidence for the mental health benefits of music.

For schools, the experience is designed to align with Social-Emotional Learning, reinforcing self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision-making. Flytimeless is clear that it does not replace a school’s own programmes or student-support services. Instead, it is built to complement them, giving students a memorable live setting in which to connect with the same skills.

The response from educators has been encouraging. One school administrator said Flytimeless brought “an energy and message our students needed,” adding that students were still talking about it afterwards.

A Philosophy With a Method Behind It

“Make Life Your Movie” is grounded in the personal development methodology Flytimeless set out in his book, Close Your Eyes & Look, subtitled How to Journey Within to Acquire Success and published under the name Elijah Caldwell. The book invites readers to engage with their dreams and aspirations and discover how pursuing a meaningful future can change the way they experience the present.

The story behind the name is part of the message. Long before there was a company, Flytimeless imagined a greater version of himself in his own shadow beneath the moonlight. That moon shadow became a symbol of possibility, the person he could see before he had become him. A multilingual Dean’s scholar graduate of San José State University with roots in Global Studies and language, he now hopes to carry that message beyond Southern California, across campuses, communities and countries.
