After more than 13 years of helping businesses build purpose-led brands, Madam Republic has announced a new direction for the agency, expanding its services to include Human Design-based corporate workshops and professional development experiences aimed at helping organisations and individuals better understand their unique energy type, how they respond, collaborate, and make decisions.
Launching soon, the new offering will introduce Human Design- the science of differentiation methodology into business and strategy through a series of immersive workshops designed for founders, leadership teams, agencies and organisations. The experiences will explore how Human Design can positively impact employees and be applied as a practical tool to strengthen communication, resonance with audiences, team dynamics, leadership, marketing and brand strategy.
The expansion marks a significant evolution for Madam Republic, which has built its reputation on strategic branding, visual storytelling and helping businesses articulate their purpose and position in the market. Rather than replacing its existing services, the new offering extends the agency’s strategic approach by focusing on new ways to engage audiences and the people behind the brands’ success.
“Over two decades and the past 14 years under my own business, I’ve helped organisations understand who they are and how they show up in the world,” said Jo Ellice-Flint, Founder of Madam Republic.
“This next chapter is about helping the people within those organisations better understand themselves and the audiences they want to respond to. Human Design provides a framework for recognising how individuals make decisions, receive information, and respond. When people understand how they’re uniquely designed to operate energetically and respond based on what is or isn’t defined for them, they can build stronger businesses, thriving teams and more fulfilling careers.”
The new service offering follows Ellice-Flint’s studies at the Australian College of Human Design, under founder Amber Clements, where she’s completing her certification as a Human Design Practitioner. The knowledge gained through the course will be integrated into Madam Republic’s evolving consulting practice, bringing together traditional brand strategy with individual and organisational development.
Alongside the corporate offering, Madam Republic will also introduce mentoring and workshops for individual professionals, providing participants with personalised insights into their Human Design body graph. The sessions are designed to help individuals better understand their natural strengths, decision-making styles and working preferences, offering practical tools to support both career development and personal growth.
“As the workplace continues to evolve, organisations are recognising that performance isn’t only driven by strategy or systems, but by people feeling aligned with the work they do,” Jo said.
“I see Human Design as another lens through which businesses can better understand their teams and individuals can better understand themselves. Our goal is to make that knowledge practical, accessible and meaningful in real-world business environments.”
Pilot workshops will start in the coming months, with the broader corporate and individual programs scheduled to launch throughout 2027.
