The investor and entrepreneur reveals a long-term position in Higgsfield, the $5.4 billion multimedia AI company.
Investor and entrepreneur Iman Gadzhi has revealed the newest addition to his portfolio: a position in Higgsfield, the $5.4 billion multimedia AI company behind one of the fastest revenue ramps in software history.
Since its product launch in March 2025, Higgsfield has experienced unprecedented growth. By September 2026, the company had already surpassed $1 billion in annualized revenue in just 18 months. Today, the platform supports over 30 million users across 238 countries and territories, and powers visual production for 390 Fortune 500 companies. Its latest funding round, a $400 million Series B that stands among the largest AI raises of the year, valued the company at $5.4 billion, with backers including DST Global, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Intel Capital.
Joining some of technology’s largest investors, Gadzhi secured his position earlier this year during Higgsfield’s rapid growth. The position was kept confidential until now.
“I say no to almost everything. I get shown deals every single week, and I pass on nearly all of them. This, however, is what a yes looks like: a generational company, a team that does not stop, and a product that changes what the everyday person can do,” said Gadzhi.
For Gadzhi, the company answers a problem he himself has lived. His first business, started as a teenager, was a media agency, producing content for clients with whatever gear and hours he could scrape together.
“I started my journey running a media agency, selling content the hard way. One editor, one camera, one all-nighter at a time,” he said. “If I had the capabilities Higgsfield hands the everyday person today, it would have been incredible. That is exactly why I am here.”
That, he argues, is the real story behind the valuation: what used to require an entire media operation now comes with a subscription.
“What used to take a full media team of editors, producers and designers now takes one subscription,” Gadzhi said. “Higgsfield has leveled the playing field. A person on a laptop can now compete with the biggest companies in the world on the quality of what they publish, and most people have not realized it yet.”
Higgsfield was founded in 2023 by CEO Alex Mashrabov, previously head of Generative AI at Snap, alongside co-founders Yerzat Dulat (Chief Technology Officer) and Mahi De Silva (Chief Strategy Officer). The platform gives creators and enterprises the ability to produce cinematic video from a laptop, work that until recently required crews, studios and six-figure budgets. Higgsfield is headquartered in San Francisco, with teams focused on engineering and production based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

“There are bunk beds next to the desks,” Gadzhi said. “A gong rings for every major win to keep the energy high and the team locked in. I have walked into hundreds of offices. I have never walked into one like this. You don’t get from zero to $1 billion in eighteen months by accident.”
Gadzhi, who alongside his consulting firm has been quietly building a portfolio of positions in software and AI companies, among them the online platform Whop, where he is a co-owner, insists the growth chart is still not why he invested.
“I don’t invest for returns anymore. I invest to be on the right side of history. Every generation gets one moment when the tools change and the playing field gets leveled. This is that moment, and I intend to be part of it.”
The partnership now rolls out publicly, beginning with content filmed at Higgsfield’s Almaty office, the first in a series of planned initiatives between the two parties.
